I'm really struggling at the moment and clinging on to my motivation as for the last 2 weeks I have stayed the same weight. As in not lost lbs, as in I'm stuck, as in being really good and not receiving any rewards!!!!!
Do you get the bit where I'm frustrated!! I have many excuses... I've not skipped for a wee while and the hands weights are getting dusty. All pathetic I know! I have been really busy over the last week but its involved driving over great distances but I've really got to get a grip.
So today, BB and I are going for a walk this afternoon and then we are having an active weekend in Staffordshire, theme park on Saturday and who knows on Sunday but I'd better be 1lb lighter on Monday!!
