Made the most beautiful soup yesterday, roasted butternut squash and orange peppers. I knocked up another loaf, this time sun dried tomatoes and parmesan.
I also went to the postoffice to post some bits but it was shut and had to travel to the next village. Although inconvienient, it could've been worse as I was going to walk to the Post Office!! That would've been very annoying as our regular PO is closed for alteration and the nearest one is 2 miles away. I thought, in my infinate wisdom, how jolly it would ne to walk there and also loose weight at the same time!!
Paul McKenna helped me nod off again but to be fair, I was in bed for 8pm with this piggin headache.
