Walking and weight loss

Weight loss can be fun!  Today my friend and I took our children on a hike!!  It was great fun, we got lost but that is par for the course..

We walked for 3 and a half  hours including a small picnic which is no mean feat considering the weather!  We had snow during the walk around a very pretty woods.  The scenery was most enjoyable and the children really enjoyed the walk.

I've had a salad this evening and will be knuckling down to make a plan ro loose weight.  I went shopping this morning and re stocked the fridge, plenty of fish, fresh fruit and veg and smoothies. 

The only thing is, I want to eat it all now!!
