Getting active
I am determined to get active and so have decided to use the stairs in other ways to assist me in my goal to loose weight. I am going to run up and down them 5 times and if I can still breath....do it a gain 3 times today....... I've entered a 3k "race for life" to raise money for cancer relief and my intention was to walk it. How cool it would be to finish it running!! (hope I they'll have oxygen on tap at the finish line)
