I.ve managed to stay the same weight these last few days considering I can't move!! I'm really annoyed actually and to be honest frustrated as I had been loosing weight. You all know I hate any form of excersise but I can walk till I drop and not moan (for once LOL)
So by increasing my walking by half an hour each day, I'd lost 6lb, of course now I'm a couch potato, no weight is being shifted!!
So, how do I get going again? BB's out today so I might try a couple of circuits of the garden though my sister in law suggested last week I do som stair walking. I'll let you know how I get on....
