Why am I over weight?

During commercial breaks I took the opportunity excercise and to do some "stair" aerobics!! I had to shut the curtains in case any one could see me and hold on to the stair rail for support though!!

Instead of counting reps I used the length of the commercial run to time me. I know this pelvis problem will be helped by the weight loss so I'm using it as an incentive.

I was also inspired by watching 2 women on TV, one who hated her mum from an early age  so punished herself by over eating and another who was a binge eater. I decided to consider why I'm over weight, I'm still considering.....

Also, what kind of an eater am I? I think I've cracked that one, I'm a person who eats when they are bored. And the commercial breaks are a good time to stair walk instead of fridge stalk!

My intention is to crack this thing and start using hand weights again and strengthen my core muscles so I can support my back.  Sounds like a mission statement that!

I think the pelvis incentive thing is a good idea, it has worked for me before (back problem). But you need to find a new one when you get better.
