Pig to Twig

My frind is trying Nerys and India's diet, Pig to Twig. I'm going to watch and see what happens. I am still trying with the low GI diet and I managed to shed some weight, even got down to 15st13lb! But, I've popped another lb on and I'm unable to shift it!! What am I doing wrong? I'm doing 5000+ steps each day, eating 3 decent meals and still nothing moves!! God this is so frustrating...

We are moving on Wednesday to where no body knows me, so I'm going to break the bike out again and wobble off into the sunset......

I know how frustrating it can feel :( . You might have just reached a weight loss plateau. I watched a documentary a few weeks ago, it was based around Claire from Steps losing weight for her wedding, she reached a weight loss plateau and her dietician suggested maintaining her current weight for 2 weeks and then going back to the diet to re-ignite the weight loss.
