Obsession and sabotaging weight loss

I'm feeling really motivated today - done a bit on the treadmill and some free weights and this evening I went for a walk up the lane. Not as challenging as by S's but it was nice to get out!! I've been so focused on my fitness I've forgotten to think about what I'm eating and I've not been worrying about calories!! Wow, thats a real 1st for me cos usually when I attempt to lose weight, I obsess about every tiny thing I eat that I soon sabotage myself and eat more crap.
