Well folks this is it the start of something big! People have been banging on at me that there is a link to fitness and weight loss, which I totally get. But today I have made the best discovery of my life...I was reading a magazine, ladies fitness or something of that ilk where they where interviewing various fitness freaks, sorry professionals. One of these lovely sadists said something that jumped of the page and hit me inthe face, IF YOU LOVE YOUR FOOD AND WANT TO EAT MORE - EXCERSICE MORE!
How simple is that!? So stuff the weight loss! I've been farting about with it for a while now and even though I've upped the anti and cut out the Haribo, I and still fluctuating all over the place with my weight. HOWEVER - my inches lost has increased and I can feel the difference in my clothes and my well being.
So, today, I am attending the race for life, just think what I can eat after a hours aerobic workout/warm up and a 5k walk! OMG I may even treat myself to some red wine. Don't get me wrong, I'm not going back to the haribo eating monster I once was, but I'm not cutting my nose of to spite my face (I might eat it!)
If you would like to join me please do, together we can change the world and the way we look at exersise, not to loose weight but to cope with the calories we eat, getting fit and potentially loosing weight is a side effect of this action.
I'm staring of slowly with 30 mins walking each day, even if its up and down the stairs during advert breaks! LOL What are you going to do??????
