I weighed 16st10lb at my heaviest so I know how horrible that feels and I've been fighting to get rid of the stone I have lost so it is do-able. Yesterday I joined http://www.biggestloserclub.co.uk/ at about a tenner a month and I watch the programme reruns as I pound away on the tread mill! It has a calclator thingy that tells me what I'm eating (calorie wise) and how many I'm burning excersise wise. I've got PSOS so it will take me longer but I'm gonna do it , I'm gonna lose this weight!! Anyway, take a look at the website but, my best advice is not to think to hard about what goes in your mouth and just to enjoy it. Not sure what you think of Paul McKenna either but his pholosophy is a good one, eat what you want when you want, eat consciously and stop when your full, put your knife and fork down between each mothful and look at what your eating, not the TV or a book!! I'm motivated at the moment but, I do have miserable angry "why can't I lose weight more quickly days", so I will try to motivate you but find the reason why you want to lose weight 1st , cos without that goal, its not going to happen. Those who fail to plan, plan to fail...and all that.... I'm off for a 30 min walk then I'm having a brew with 2 sugars and 125g of peanut m&ms!! Who says I don't know how to live!!
