Did I mention I was bored? I don't think I am really - I just don't know the word for how I am feeling so bored will have to do!!
I discovered FITNESSTV last night on sky, I did an aerobics class, upper body strengthening and high heel work out! Its a bit wierd cos you get loads of breaks during the commercials (thats when I put the washing out!) which kinda puts you of track but I must've done a good hour and a half workout.
Also went up a hill yesterday with BB and DS3, DS1&2 are at a drama group this week. It was quite a challenge in some places, but from it we had the most perfect view down 2 valleys, we looked for fossils, met a ladybug and built a mini mountainscape. We also could see Dinas Bran castle so have earmarked that as a walk for me ahd BB to do when the kids go back to school.
I've got things on my mind and haven't been sleeping brilliantly. This, I think is inducing a real lack of get up and go. I don't mean re excersise, I mean re normal life. I just want to slob out which usually leads me to stuffing me face!! So peoples, will me to stay strong! I've lost the 2lb I gained and now I have till sunday to get shut of another 2lb.


You **do** realise that to get to Dinas Bran you have to be able to walk vertically don’t you? ;o)
