Poor wasp!!! I was collecting apples when I noticed I was carrying a passenger - luckily it was drunk on apple juice so didn't notice me flick it off with gusto!
Went for a walk with S along the canal path and across the ford - there where boat people having a BBQ, the smell of steak hmmm. I'd had burgers, green beans and a spud for me tea but could've done some damage to the dead cow on the BBQ grill, I can tell you!!
Me and Roger ran - yes ran, for 17 mins at 5mph!! Then I did more walking at 3.5 and some weights. I've ordered a Pilates dvd and body blast dvd from eBay and will tell you how I get on.
