Well, well well, had 2 fantastic days at Alton Towers, ate like a pig but walked a fantastc 4000 calories.
I did some damage to 2 beers and as a consequence gained the 2lb I lost last week. However, it won't be staying and have today done 2 mile walk/run, hand weights and steps.
Yesterday, I did a 5 mile walk and mowed the lawn edges with a vicious self propelled petrol mower. It takes off with you attached and refuses to keep on track, twice I found myself in the veggie patch!!
Picked more runner beans and froze them, chopped this time instead of whole!! Don't ask - I'm new at this. Have also planted me broad beans and netted them this tim to stop the birds getting a free meal.
