Ask anyone (especially my cousin P), I dislike exercise greatly. I am one of those people who get bored very easily and have no will power or "stamina" - so, how have I managed to keep this "getting fit" going since mid July?
Well, like most things, I started to do only a little, but I did it often. Earlier on this year me and my BF S started walking approx 2 miles a couple of nights a week. I think we did it in an hour! Then we got serious and have whittled it down to 35/40 mins. We talk all the way round!! Its a giggle.
Then after the race for life, I invested in Roger, my treadmill. I use him most days, alternating between fast walking and running. The other week I was reading one of my Jeffrey Deaver books and I couldn't put it down, so I read whilst working out!! I think Roger enjoyed it too!! The more wexciting the book, the quicker I was walking!! 3.5 mph!!!!
