Having said that, we have been sleeping on the floor this last week so anything would appear high!
Getting off the mattress when it was on the floor involved commando style rolls and a permanent stooping walk (till I've warmed up, around lunchtime usually) now we reach maximum velocity as we abseil off the sides.
Oh but it was lovely and I really didn't want to get up!!! Still here I am and its my birthday today. BB and I are packing a lunch to go and we are going to walk up dinas bran (15%+ incline) will tell you later how many calories I use and how many times I stop to take breath, sorry, the views over Llangollen!!
Need to do something as I haven't lost anything this week and sunday is the weigh in - however, I have lost more inches around my waist and I had 2 "have you lost weight" comments yesterday!! So I think a lovely walk up a very steep hill with BB would be a brilliant way to spend some calories and my birthday.
Now then - does any one know if there is an iron lung or oxygen tent up there??
