I expected it to be quiet as there are no people around but town is owned by the Pigeons and the noise was quite disturbing!! Still, I got my pennies and pootled off to the Chirk Car Boot. It was really cold and the moon was still out, it was HUGE!! I got in 100 mins walking so that's a few calories off too!!
I picked up the Times for BB on the way back. Front page news is all about 50% tax and Ellen MacArthur. I think it should've reported how brave I am to block out the shouts from the pastry display, or how I conquered the M&M munchie attack last night.
I have upped my anti again as I saw 14.13 on the scales yesterday and the day before but its rolled back again to 15. Merely a blip!! Me and Roger had some quality time together yesterday and today and I threw in a 4 miler on Friday.
