I have really pushed the buscuit now or should that be pushed the low calorie crispbread?

Anyway - 3 miles in 33 min's!! Not bad for a former fatty. I'm 14st 8lb and on my way to size 16 jeans!!

So to keep you updated - I take no pills or potions, I am not a member of a gym, I am not calorie counting to the point where my life has no meaning and where the sight of lettuce makes me want to kill, all I am doing is moving more.

It started with walking an extra 40 mins to an hour 3 or 4 times a week. then I dug out my hand weights and fitness dvd and then put them away again!! I neither had the time nor the inclination to watch/scroll through them - Instead, I recorded 2 resistance training programmes of fitness tv and did them instead and bought a treadmill (Roger).

I started trying to run 5 mins at a time and over 4 months have built it up to 3 miles/33 mins.  This week I have ran 12 miles and walked (additionally to my normal every day walking) an extra 12 miles.
