Or should I say My Behind!!!!!
Well folks, I'm 4 months into my recovery as a former fat person and so far I have lost 21 lb, I've gone from a size 22/24 to a 18 and from running the bath to running 2.5 miles in 30 mins!!
I am so pleased with myself as this last few weeks have been a real struggle. Funnily enough, not with the eating side of things but with getting my not so chunky anymore ass into gear and doing a bit more moving!!
I have been allowing myself to use other things going on as an excuse. Some days I've been bogged down with "life" and allowed it to envelop me. So this last week or so, I've been running or walking every night and doing resistance training while watching tv!! Me and the weights nearly went over the back of the sofa the otehr day whilst watching most haunted!!
