Top of my list is to shift 12 lb so I can be 14st for Christmas. Did my weight and measurements this morning and I have lost more inches but nothing from anything below me waist!! I have chosen to flip this minor negative as I have done this all on only a 1 lb loss. So I ain't gonna complain!!
Went for a walk today up the hill fort and through fields, muddy as hell under foot but it was fun then did a bit of running with Roger. Going to set a daily task now - to run every day for atleast 5 minutes.....
Breakfast was porridge, lunch was red pepper and tomato soup, tea was roast veg, caulie cheese and a burger which I choked on as I am still nursing a hard boiled egg injury (was too hot but as I'm a pig so had to eat it NOW and burnt my gullet)
Mood is a little flat at the moment - have things on my mind and sleep keeps evading me!! Which is most bloody annoying!! I'm fighting the urge to eat my own leg at the moment and I'm somewhat like a bear with a head injury, or a burnt throat!!!!!!!!!!!!
