I've noticed a pattern in my weight-loss. My weigh in day is Sunday and by wed I have usually lost 2lb but by sat 1lb of this is back on!! This time of year is a particular struggle as there are so many tempting foods and the occasional tipple!!
Today I baked rock cakes, shortcakes and Sprouts-a-Verdi!! Hugh Double Barrels friend doesn't like the little green gas inducers so he came up with several recipes and this is one of them.
Shredded sprouts, shredded parsley, olive oil, capers, garlic, horse radish and mustard. They are all blended together in quantities to suit you and if its too tart for you add mayo or sour cream..... yum yum
