I was trying to work out the other day if I should work on speed or time, no - not drugs and prison! I'm talking about Roger and whether I should run faster or at the same speed but for longer. (Roger is my treadmill by the way)
As it turns out, my legs have decided I'm running too slow so have upped it to 5.7mph from 5.5mph with the occasional 6 and 7 mph blast thrown in for good measure.
The result of this is a very red face!!
I have gotten used to 3 miles at 5.5 mph and the baboons arse/red face I always ended up with was a thing of the past. But now I have increased the speed, well, now the ubber rosiness is back.
The really sad thing is that this colour lasts for hours and the other day I was going somewhere early evening and forgot - of course I soon realised when people where ready to speed dial the emergency services in case I keeled over!!
