Spoke with my personal advisor this evening. We discussed many things and the most important one I forgot to ask about!! The fact that the breakfasts supplied with the weight loss programme make me choke!! Though I did sort out the "FREE" issue....
I'm a woman used to egg on toast or porridge or even cheerios to keep her going until lunchtime (well OK 10 o'clock ish), not muesli and stuff made from matted hair (they look like mini shredded wheat) However, I'm speaking to her again in 3 days so will mention it then. I can replace meals and substitute foods for other foods (but not haribo) so will talk that through with her.
One of the dilemmas I Have is HM pizza that BB does every Friday night. We worked out the calories the other day and it was in the 1040 range just for one!! Then there is my red wine to help wash it down - good grief, no wonder I was losing weigh right up till Saturday morning.
So, we had already decided to half them, swap SR flour for SR wholemeal Flour and change the fat from stork to flora. But my consultant also said to reduce the salami (I suggested to nil!!!) and add more veg due to the salt content of the meat. She explained how I can have my pizza and not worry about it - just my making 3 changes. I'm also going to have my wine - 1 glass.
Now this goes against all I have talked about in this blog. I want to lose weight but not restrict myself. So how do I do it?? Well this next 28 days I'm going to stick to "their" rules and see what happens. I'm doing a "FREE" trial of their products and to test it properly, I have to do it properly.
So after an email has confirmed that it is for FREE, tomorrow is the day!!
