This is a conundrum – maybe you can help me…

-->

OK folks, I've been asked to do a trial with a company based in USA, Canada and Australia. They are moving into the UK and have asked me to pilot their weigh loss programme!! What should I do??  They will provide my meals for a month and 24/7 advice.  Its a tailored programme and best of all its FREE!!  God I'm cheap!!

However - my conscience is pricking.  They provide real food, including chocolate cake!! Breakfast, dinner, tea and snacks they give advice and guidance on fitness and how to fit in meals out and health issues/medication!!  BUT, why will it work?

 What is the difference between what I'm doing, ie providing breakfast, lunch and evening meals, exercise and NO chocolate cake??  I can see that I will be replacing wine with advice and ironically upping my calorie intake but like i said the other day - whats worrying me is that its a "programme"

So, even though I want to avoid "programmes" I'm tempted, if only to see what difference it would make.  What do you think, should I put myself forward as a Guinea pig and blog on it?
