Well now - what a week - auditions in London - trips to Liverpool and a streaming cold!! On the plus size I now have 2 pairs of size 16 jeans, I'm another lb lighter and I've been looking at pictures of myself and can notice a real change in my face shape.
I'm feeling more confident now but still think of my self as big - I even referred to myself as one of the big girls and was told off. This was by a new friend who didn't know me 3stone ago - hence the looking though old pictures. I think I might start keeping a picture diary so I can see the changes and keep them as proof that I can do this!!
I have both my race numbers now and I'm closer to my reward of going ice skating with the boys - only another 9lb to go!! I'm getting more miles a week under my belt but still get the wobbles about going out on my own on a road run. I was doing really well then I read something in a magazine about safety for women runners and varying your route!! So Roger and I have become close again this last week....
