This is my personal weight loss journey. I was 16st 10 at my heaviest and now weigh 13st 9. I have lost this through realising all I have to do is move more. I don't restrict my eating, I don't calorie count, I don't have green or red days unless I'm ill or angry and I don't slurp interesting concoctions. Although I have in the past. I run a business, have 3 very active children and a husband to keep me busy. So how have I lost the weight and a total of 46.5 inches, including 4" off each thigh. I can't tell you how wonderful it is to no longer live with the fear of bursting into flames when I run.
