Cods wallup I hear you say - but I have - I think!! I have slowed right down on the weight loss however the occasional half an inch has gone from various parts of me - so I know I'm doing something right.
I have discussed this with a few professionals - well ok - my friends and discovered there is no definitive answer. Even when I googled it I came up with the same answers!! So just in case you have plateaued too - here is the advice I have been given to save you looking anywhere else:
Eat less (!), eat more (!?!) change my fitness routine, do something different, raise my heat level more often, eat more on busy days, my favorite - have a blow out! What else, train 6 days a week (I do!) train twice a day (what - for 6 days a week??), drink more water, eat every 3 hours (that one I liked), do more resistance training, do more cardio and finally, the one I'm going to use - carry on what I'm doing, at some point something is going to fall off and I'll weigh less!
Joking apart - I have lost 45lb and have another 49lb to go - surely I should be struggling with the last lb - not with the equivalent of a 3 yr old child I have strapped to me back!!
I will continue to move more and feel better about myself - yesterday I did a 7 mile bike ride and ran for 2 miles, did just over a hour in total. Plus a good 2 hour walk in the morning. Resistance and a run this evening and tomorrow I'm on a promise of another 10 mile plus bike ride.
