Went for a bike ride with SS a couple of nights ago. We thought we'd have a jolly little ramble down some country lanes - had a fine old time whizzing down the hills. Getting up them wasn't that great but we did it. I had to get off twice but I think I've worked every single muscle group I've got!!
When we got back, I measured the route we took on the FETCH EVERYONE site and was very amazed to see we'd done nearly 10 and a half miles!! Took us an hour and a half and I didn't have a gel seat!! How hard am I??? Burned just over 500 calories off too
Today I did another 40 min bike ride, a 30 min runand 30 hand weights and sit ups etc - really struggling though as I've not consistantly lost weight. Although I have lost another half an inch of my hips!!
