Still reeling from the sudden death of our poor old cat - we buried him in a nice sunny spot in the garden as he loved the sun. Miss him getting under our feet and fining him upside down in his "tray" in the yard. Mad moggie!!
I'm not emotionally eating - which is good so I'm going to throw myself into my training as I'm doing 2 races for life this year, one in Wrexham and one in Liverpool - The one in Wrexham is with a friend so will be walk/running as she's not quite ready (not that I am!!) but the other one - I will be running it all!! (Why did I make that promise last year????)
I'm still keeping up with my 2 hours of "something" a day - I've spent 2 hours digging, weeding, planting in the garden on one day - disco dancing for 3 hours on another and I've also been working my way up to interval training too!!
I'm hoping to raise some money for cancer research, so I'm going to be cheeky - here is my link to my fundraising web page - £2 would be good....
Re burning calories - today I've added the following Walking, 3.0mph/5kmh (1 Mile/20 Min) for 1 hour = 287.8
