Hands up how many people have burst, ripped, torn or snapped something off a garment whilst trying it on?! Come on!! There's more of us than you know. I can try to top it by my experience the other day when I got lodged into a vest top!!
I needed a pee too so can you visualize the panic not to mention the force I had to use to practically dislocate my own shoulder to get out of the pigging thing!! DO NOT buy crape - it has no give!!
I tried unsuccesfully to squeeze into a size 16 in one shop and a 20 in another,then fitted very nicely thank you into a size 14 from another. I was red faced with exertion, I'd not found any trousers I liked, had a very sore shoulder and didn't buy anything anyway!!!!!!
