All the males are back at school and BB has started uni, I'm alone, with the cakes and the crisp and I'm trying to be strong, she says having just eaten a 3 egg omelet, 2 pieces of bread and butter and a snicker bar.
You see I can hear them calling "eat me", and I will attempt to keep busy, but..... The evenings are the worst, they shout the loudest and BB isn't here to wrestle me away from the cake tin.
But I can justify the above - I've just done an 9 mile run with Roger in 79 minutes and the clock said I burnt off well over 1000 calories. However, If I've just eaten 900 calories one has to wonder what was the point of going for the run!!
