Just to give you an update re my weight loss - I haven't - there that was quick!!  Well actually, that's not entirely true, since May I have lost 3lb and 3" (not telling you where) However, I can run 9 miles in one go (so to speak), I bike at least 19 miles a week and cover 20 plus in running. 

I'm changing my plan now as the big drive is on for the hellrunner in November.  I'm doing 30 mins on the bike each day followed by 60 running either interval training, tempo or easy running.  What I really need now is a trail running partner...any offers??
