Having just put two tea bags in one cup of tea and having a history of losing my car keys only to find them in the fridge - I thought this article VERY interesting.....Researchers presented an exciting finding this week, that walking five miles a week slowed the progression of Alzheimer's and mild cognitive impairment in study participants who had those conditions. Healthy adults in the study maintained their brain volume and cognitive function with six miles a week of walking. ... Read Full Post
