Foot spaAfter a long walk or run, treat your feet right. They have taken a real pounding and if you give them the right refresh, they will be ready for your next workout. The key is to refresh them right. If you have a blister, that's a sign that you need some skin toughening. A professional spa pedicure would probably take off too much of the callus you build up to prevent blisters. Go gentle with the callus removal.
