Potato wedges are always a "favorite" for kids and grown-ups alike; they're easy to make and "great" for barbecues and parties. Make a lot as they're bound to go quickly!

Edit Ingredients

  • Potatoes (spuds)...Don't use tomatoes.
  • Olive oil, or Vegetable oil tastes just as great...Or possible grape seed oil does work even better
  • Paprika, Vegeta (a seasoning, or choose another one), cinnamon, chili powder – all to taste, choose your favorites... i personally prefer to add sugar and barbeque to mine, they taste much better.
  • Serve with a tub of chilli sauce or tomato pasta sauce (optional)chilli sauce is okay, but if you want something deicious use alfredo sauce.
